Martinez Students Gearing Up for Light-Hearted Mystery: Murder at the Banquet

Martinez Middle School will present the light-hearted and humorous “Murder at the Banquet” at 7 p.m. Nov. 14 and 15 in the school’s little theatre

The International Association of Mystery Solvers is hosting an awards banquet for great detectives. As Foster Holmes (Sherlock’s descendant) steps up beside the host to speak, Jenny Watson bursts in protesting her ancestor’s role as Sherlock’s sidekick! The lights go out, and when they return, the banquet’s host is dead and the prize money is missing.
