An "American Idol" alum made an appearance at this year's RomeoFest. Fresh off a run as Roger in an off-Broadway production of "Rent," Idol finalist Anthony Federov and his band, Chicago-area rockers <a href="http://www.7thheavenband.com/bio.html" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">7th Heaven</a>, performed Saturday night. Federov faced off during season four of Idol, eventually coming in fourth after battling it out with eventual winner Carrie Underwood. Last winter, Federov signed on as the frontman for 7th Heaven.
