Tickets Now on Sale for St. Patrick's Day Dinner Dance

St. Andrew the Apostle’s Knights of Columbus Bishop Roger Kaffer Council #10944 will host its third annual from 5 p.m. to midnight Saturday, March 10, at .

The event, one of the organization’s largest fundraisers, will allow the Knights of Columbus to continue its outreach efforts, said treasurer Marc Camden.

“We support other community groups within the parish and within the community,” he said. That includes efforts to benefit the St. Andrew’s We Care food pantry, the Romeoville Humane Society, Operation Christmas, the Power Connection, the St. Vincent de Paul Society and other organizations.

Doors open at 5 p.m., and dinner will be served at 6 p.m. Catered by Uncle Bub’s of Westmont, the dinner includes corned beef and cabbage and potatoes and carrots, plus rye bread courtesy of Euro Homeland Deli. Sit-down diners will also enjoy frozen custard for dessert from .

The event will feature a cash bar, gift basket raffle, live and silent auctions and a 50/50 drawing. Auctions end at 8:30 p.m.

Tickets and carryouts are $15 per person. Carryout pickup is scheduled for 7 p.m.
