How many were denied. Oh...Nobody? So let me get this straight. Anti tax organizations get extra tax scrutiny from the IRS. What a shock. Republicans are kind of naive aren't they? Keep trying to make up "scandals" and when you finally trip over a real one, nobody will believe you. Check the polls. Nobody cares.

I'm pretty sure that prison is more detrimental to your health than smoking pot. That's the point here. Does Ernie have a financial stake in keeping pot illegal? The liquor industry, drug testing industry, and several police organizations (due to zero tolerance seizure laws) are lobbying as hard as they can to maintain the status quo. Many people will be affected in a shift to legalization. Maybe he has a profit motive?

Extensive photography during and before demolition should suffice as a historic record. You can't keep every old building, but you can easily record it's existence for future historians.
