ReplyJoel Brodsky in the news again. Luckily for local wrong-doers, there is no case he won't accept. Hopefully he retains his focus on this case.
I know the defendant's likability plays a role in the jury's decision, but wonder how important is it that the lead attorney be liked by the jury.

ReplyClearly, the title states grenade as a dud. Why would you title it as such if "It wasn't specified whether it was practice or not"? Perhaps you were just trying to being cute?
" Do with that what you will." and " making assumptions" is unfortunately what your reader is left to do. Interesting journalistic approach. Antagonizing your audience is equally impressive.
