Feb. 13 Drunk in the roadway Richard Conley, 23, of the 200 block of Pell, Romeoville, was arrested by Romeoville police at 2:25 a.m. in the 200 block of Gordon and charged with being an intoxicated pedestrian in a roadway, police said. Feb. 26 Public fighting Four Romeoville men were arrested after a fight allegedly broke out at Mongo McMichael's, 1100 Independence Blvd., around 1:34 a.m. Assistant Chief Steve Lucchesi said police responded to a report of numerous people fighting after an argument between two men escalated.
