Joliet police say they have a man in custody who has confessed to the two armed robberies, and another man was picked up at the same time for auto theft.
A Joliet man has confessed to robbing a Domino's Pizza deliveryman Sunday and a small East Side store Monday night, Joliet police said. Joliet tactical officers, acting on a tip, interviewed Javier R. Reyna, 20, and Jesus Tenorio, 22, Tuesday as possible suspects in the two cases, Cmdr. Rich Demick said. Tenorio admitted to his participation in both armed holdups. Reyna refused to speak with police, but was arrested on a Mokena Police Department warrant for possession of a stolen vehicle, Demick said. "The (tactical) guys do a fantastic job going after guys like this," he said. "They're always working."
