Valley View School District 365U officials have revised the district's new security regulations regarding food and visitors. The district released a list of new safety and security measures Monday following the elementary school shooting in Newtown, CT. I actually emailed the district about the threat and the superintendent emailed me back regarding the issue. My daughter is in school today, there was added security when I dropped her off. Even though they found who started the rumor, they still took extra precautions today. I am thankful that even though they found the rumor was not credible they still took action to keep our children safe. …   more ›
