Joliet Native Andy Dick Joins 'Dancing' Lineup
TMZ is reporting the actor/comedian has signed to compete in the 16th season of "Dancing with the Stars," which starts March 18.
If you've never been a fan of Dancing with the Stars, maybe a Joliet native performing this season will be enough to lure you to the fold. TMZ is reporting comedian/actor Andy Dick, a graduate -- and homecoming king -- of Joliet Township High School, has just signed on to compete against the likes of country singer Wynonna Judd, comedian D.L. Hughley and boxer Victor Ortiz. Dick has had his share of career ups-and-downs, and more than his share of drug addiction problems and arrests, but the celeb Web site is reporting that "one source insists Andy is taking the competition very seriously and wants to prove that he's for real."
