Photo Taken by Strangulation Victim Shows His Two Alleged Murderers

The casual Instagram shot was posted on victim Terrance Rankins' profile page two days before he was killed.

An Instagram photo taken by Terrance Rankins just two days before his death features two of the suspects who allegedly strangled him and another man on Jan. 10. Hickory St. crime scene as gruesome, particularly in light of the suspects' total "disregard for human beings." DON'T MISS THE LATEST JOLIET NEWS.
