Meet Paulie

Paulie—pronounced with a thick Italian accent, according to humane society volunteers—is a 5-month-old male domestic medium hair kitten. 

Paulie is the feisty one of his litter. He doesn’t sit still much and he loves to explore, but he doesn’t really get into trouble.

Paulie’s still a bit young for his foster family to tell if he likes other pets yet, but he gets along with his brother and sister.

Paulie’s foster family has dogs, and he thinks they are big and scary, but doesn’t fuss with them much.

His favorite things to do are play, play and play. He got his name, a male version of “Polly,” because he likes sitting on his foster family members’ shoulders like a parrot.

 All Romeoville Humane Society pets are microchipped, vaccinated and tested for heartworm, feline immunodeficiency virus and feline leukemia.
