Valley View School District's Summer Learning Experience is under way

Students in kindergarten through fifth-grade are sharpening their academic skills fresh while having fun, during Valley View School District’s Summer Learning Experience.

The program focuses on key reading comprehension and writing skills, hands-on common core math instruction and engaging enrichment activities such as hands-on science, Readers Theatre, book talks and leisure motor skills time.

The Summer Learning Experience  takes place in two, four-week sessions over the summer, at Beverly Skoff and Kenneth L. Hermansen elementary schools in Romeoville and Jamie McGee and Pioneer elementary schools in Bolingbrook.
