Lewis University Plans Nanotechnology Camp
Program for high school students set for June 18-20
The Lewis University Nanotechnology Experience summer camp will take place Monday through Wednesday, June 18-20, at Lewis University’s main campus, 1 University Parkway, Romeoville.
The day camp provides an opportunity for high school students entering their junior or senior years to explore the interdisciplinary field of nanotechnology. A few examples of experiments at Lewis University include the synthesis of gold nanoparticles, SMART nanoparticles, construction of dye sensitized solar cells and holograms.
The cost of the program is $250, which includes food, activities and experiments. To register, visit www.lewisu.edu/nanotech.
