Romeoville Wins Boys Bowling Conference Championship

Dakota Vostry named MVP and three others—Jacob Hubbs, Cody Surges and Kyle Zaremba—earn all-conference honors.

Now, that's how you take a tournament by storm, don't you think.

The Romeoville High School boys bowling team not only won the Southwest Prairie Conference championship over the weekend but gained a lion's share of the top individual awards as well, according to a news release from Laura Kus, athletic/activities secretary.

Romeoville senior Dakota Vostry was named the SPC's MVP. And three of his teammates also earned all-conference honors for their performances—freshman Jacob Hubbs, junior Cody Surges and senior Kyle Zaremba.

The Romeoville boys bowling team is coached by Tony Talley (head coach) and Michael Fernandez (assistant coach).
