RYFC Tackle Football, Flag Football and Cheerleading Registration

RYFC will be taking registrations for returning players and cheerleaders on February 25th and March 1st.  Open registration will be held on April 14th.

Here's the information:

2012 Returner / Sibling Registration Dates:
 
Saturday, February 25th, 2012 @ The Romeoville Recreation Center 10:00 am - 1:00 pm
Thursday, March 1st, 2012 @ The Romeoville Recreation Center 6:30 pm - 9:00 pm
 
The above dates are for those who participated and completed the 2011 season and their siblings.  All returners (cheer and tackle) must register at returner registration to avoid being placed in the new player lottery system.  Any returner (cheer and tackle) who fails to pay in full by June 1st will forfeit their returner status. 

Please note the following changes to RYFC registration for 2012:
 

• Tackle Registration Fee = $175.00 (+ 50.00 mandatory fundraiser)

• Cheer Registration Fee = $135.00 (+ 50.00 mandatory fundraiser)                    Reduction in cheer fee due to parents purchasing all cheer accessories directly from RYFC's vendor who  will be available at cheer fittings

• Flag Football Fee = 125.00 (No mandatory fundraiser)

• Early (Returner/Sibling) Registration Discount - $25.00 discount will be provided for all tackle & Cheer returners/siblings who pay in full at time of registration on February 25th and March 1st.  A $10.00 discount will be provided for all flag participants who pay in full at time of registration on February 25th or March 1st.

• Sibling Discount *- Full registration is required for one child; every sibling of that child thereafter will receive a 25.00 discount for cheer and tackle and a 10.00 discount for flag.  Please note that discounts will be taken from the registration fees that are of equal or lesser value to the full registration fee.

 
* Players must show proof of legal guardianship when registering under the sibling guidelines.
Appropriate legal documentation must be presented  regarding name changes and guardianship.
 
 
 

2012 Open Registration
Saturday, April 14th, 2012 @ Romeoville Recreation Center 10:00 am to 1:00 pm
Tackle and Cheer registering on this day will be placed on the roster via a lottery system.  All names will be placed in a lottery style drawing and drawn at the completion of the registration.

• Tackle Registration Fee = 175.00 + 50.00 mandatory fundraiser

• Cheer Registration Fee = 135.00 + 50.00 mandatory fundraiser

• Flag Football Registration Fee = 125.00 (No mandatory fundraiser)

 
New families with multiple children can also take advantage of the above mentioned Sibling Discount.
