The Recreation Department’s open house is scheduled for 6 to 9 p.m. at the rec center, 900 W. Romeo Rd.
This year’s focus is on being green, from green initiatives to education and demonstrations to a more sustainable life.
The event will also feature recreation program demonstrations, registration for spring programs and information on community organizations. Guests can also enjoy performances by Isshin-Ryu Karate, Romeoville Razzlers Dance Team and the Romeoville Tumbleweeds Gymnastics Team.

The Fit 4 Life Fitness center and Jungle Safari Indoor Playground will be open with no admission cost.
The event will also offer inflatables for kids, entertainment, green activities and giveaways.
