RHS Sports Physicals Slated for Aug. 6

Romeoville High School will offer sports physicals for the 2011-12 school year the morning of Aug. 6.

Signed parental permission forms, available through the RHS athletic director’s office, are necessary.

The physicals, which will take place from 8 to 11:30 a.m., will be conducted on a first-come, first-served basis for $25. No checks or credit cards will be accepted.

Local orthopedic surgeons, family practice physicians, school athletic trainers, nurses and Newsome Physical Therapy staff members will conduct the physicals. Students are asked to wear comfortable clothing and athletic shoes.
