Sports physicals for the 2011-12 school yearwill be offered at Romeoville High School.
Signed parental permission forms are required. Forms are available at the RHS athletic director's office.
The physicals will be on a first-come, first-servce basis. Checks or credit cards will not be accepted.

Local orthopedic surgeons, family practice physicians, school athletic trainers, nurses and Newsome Physical Therapy staff members will conduct the physicals. Studens should wear comfortable clothing and athletic shoes.
