Bolingbrook HS Alum, Florida Linebacker Antonio Morrison Allegedly Punched Bouncer

Antonio Morrison, 19, was charged with battery following Sunday's incident.

Former Bolingbrook Raider and current University of Florida Gators linebacker Antonio Morrison was arrested early Sunday after police said he punched a bouncer at a Gainesville bar. 

"A Gainesville Police Department report stated Morrison became 'irate' over the cover charge to enter the Kava Bar and Hookah Lounge and began to argue with the bouncer," according to the Chicago Tribune

"Per the report, Morrison said, "Do you know who I am. I am a UF football player. I am Antonio!"

Morrison, 19, and a sophomore at the University of Florida, was arrested at 6:07 a.m. and charged with first-degree simple battery. He was released Monday from jail, according to the Trib

He started in three Florida games last fall. 

Morrison was a three-year starter at Bolingbrook High School and played on the state championship Raiders team in 2011. He graduated in 2012.
