U.S. Rep. Bill Foster Energizes Students on Career Day Visit in Valley View Schools

Local congressional leader spends a part of his day in the classroom talking with students.

What's the mood like inside a local school when a U.S. Representative stops by for a visit?

Well, ask the folks at Wood View Elementary School in Bolingbrook and Lukancic Middle School in Romeoville.

U.S. Rep. Bill Foster spent time in the Valley View School District on Friday, participating in Career Day activities at Wood View, meeting with Superintendent James Mitchem and touring Lukancic with Principal Trish Rollerson.

Foster also engaged in a discussion with an honors language arts class at Lukancic, according to a Valley View School District news release.

The word to describe his visit? How about exciting?
