Still No Power at Romeoville School; Classes Resume Elsewhere in Valley View
Power restored to nearly all VVSD buildings after Monday night's storms.
Power has been restored to all Valley View schools, with the exception of R.C. Hill Elementary, 616 Dalhart Ave. in Romeoville, the district announced Wednesday morning.
Hill Summer Learning Experience and Extended School Year classes were cancelled Wednesday, but all other summer classes and activities in VVSD will go on as scheduled, Director of Community Relations Larry Randa said in an email.
The district's administration center, 755 Dalhart Ave., is open, Randa said.
