Silver Cross Hospital Offers Childbirth Preparation Class

A registered nurse will teach a prepared childbirth class at Silver Cross Hospital. The nurse will go over breathing instruction, relaxation floor exercise techniques and provide a tour of the birthing suite. Labor, delivery, recovery and postpartum processes will be reviewed.
