Romeos’ Tip of the Week: Take a look around you and see if you can find a miracle…it doesn’t have to be global!

Hello everyone!

Do you believe in miracles? I know that’s a powerful question to start this week’s blog with but, I think most people want to believe that it’s possible for miracles to happen.Let me tell you about a story that you may or may not have already heard about and I’ll ask you that question once again.
Sept. 2012 in DeKalb Co., Ga. there was a dog that was rescued by the animal services shelter in that county that few thought would make it thru the night. He was estimated to be about 4 months old and weighed in at only 4 pounds. Pictures of him were heartbreaking. He looked almost mummified he was so skinny and frail. After just a few months of regular loving care he was thriving.A mother following this story fell in love with him and soon took her family to visit the shelter. They were there minutes when Xena came right up to her son Jonny & his Dad. There was an instant bond between child & dog. But what makes this even more special is that Jonny is 8 years old and has autism. He lights up for only a very few. A short time later Jonny’s family adopted Xena and their story has been being told around the world. There has been such a positive change in Jonny and Xena is living in a loving home.Their story will bring both tears and smiles to you. You can read their whole story on Today.com or even on Facebook.
In a time when people are searching for good news,  this story is at the top of the list. Please read their story and then ask yourself,” do you believe in miracles?”. Let me know what you think.
My tip this week: take a look around you and see if you can find a miracle…it doesn’t have to be global!
