Chilling Reality: Classes & Activities Cancelled at Romeoville Recreation Dept.
Residents advised to check schedules before heading out into the Frozen Tundra.
Due to extreme weather conditions—wind chill values running well below zero—the Romeoville Recreation Department issued an alert to notify residents of classes that have been cancelled for Monday, Jan. 27.
The list includes:
- Gymnastics
- Karate
- Creative Play
- Guitar
- Acting
- Basketball Practices
- Steps Multi Sports
All other classes are on as scheduled, according to the alert, issued via the Village of Romeoville's E-News system. For more information or to raise questions, call (815) 886-6222.
