Village to Vote on Mistwood Redevelopment Plan
A look at the agenda for the next village board meeting, scheduled for 6 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 7, at village hall.
Village trustees are scheduled to vote on a special use permit for planned improvements at , including a new clubhouse, banquet facility and restaurant, plus a reconfigured course.
Trustees are also slated to consider related agenda items, including the annexation of 2.8 acres of Mistwood property along the north side of Renwick Road. The land, which currently lies within Plainfield and Lockport townships, would be rezoned as a public/private land conservation district.

The board will also review a request to waive the bidding process to award a $94,108 contract to U.S. Digital Designs for the purchase of a fire department call alert system.
