GUILTY: Jury Finds Blagojevich Guilty on 17 of 20 Counts

A jury found former Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich guilty of 17 counts of corruption, not guilty on one count and couldn't reach a decision on two more.

Former Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich is guilty on 17 of 20 counts of corruption, including the charge of attempting to sell President Barack Obama's Senate seat.

Earlier, Blagojevich expressed trepidation.

"My hands are shaking, my knees are weak; I can't seem to stand on my own two feet," Blagojevich said to reporters after walking out of his home to head to the Dirksen Federal Building, as seen on live streaming video from Chicago's ABC 7.
