Will County DUI Arrests: April 14

Check out who's been charged with driving under the influence this week.

Joliet

April 10: Rene Ortiz, 21, of the 500 block of Pontiac, Joliet, was arrested by Will County Sheriff's police and booked into the county jail on charges of DUI, headlight violation and driving on a suspended license, police said.

April 9: Trebien Caradine, 28, of the 200 block of Mound Road, Joliet, was arrested by Will County Sheriff's police and booked into the county jail on charges of DUI and improper use of turn signal, police said.

April 8: Dedrick Brown, 36, of the 200 block of Mississippi, Joliet, was arrested by Will County Sheriff's police and booked into the county jail on charges of DUI and unauthorized lighting, police said.

April 7: Juana Guillermina Hernandez, 60, of the 500 block of Jackson, Joliet, was arrested by Will County Sheriff's police and booked into the county jail on charges of DUI, improper lane use and violating driver's license restrictions, police said.

April 6: Heladio Soto, 31, of the 1000 block of Hickory Street, Joliet, was arrested by Will County Sheriff's police and booked into the Will County jail on charges of DUI, driving an uninsured vehicle, improper use of turn signal, disregarding a traffic-control light and improper lane use, police said.

April 4: Tertius McClain, 34, of the 1500 block of Raynor, Joliet, was arrested by Illinois State Police and booked into the Will County jail on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of a drug, driving 1-10 mph over the limit, improper lane use, following too closely, driving on a revoked or suspended license and driving without a valid license, police said.

April 4: Kyle Gray, 26, of the 3400 block of Buck, Joliet, was arrested by Will County Sheriff's police and booked into the Will County jail on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under the influence of an illegal drug, police said.

Bolingbrook

April 9: Ivan Martinez, 22, of the 300 block of DuPage, Bolingbrook, was arrested by Bolingbrook police and booked into the Will County jail on charges of aggravated DUI, DUI, driving an uninsured vehicle and driving without a license, according to jail records.

April 8: Ruben Cervantes-Harrier, 25, of the 400 block of Mallview Lane, Bolingbrook, was arrested by Naperville police and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving on a revoked license, according to jail records.

March 31: Jack Milas, 41 of the 4900 block of Ridgewood, Norridge, was arrested at 1:20 a.m. at Bolingbrook Drive and Beaconridge and charged with DUI, traffic signal violation and no insurance, police said.

March 29: Ibis DeLao, 37, of the 2400 block of Horbes Avenue in Zion was arrested at 2:47 a.m. at Robinhood Way and Route 53 and charged with two counts of DUI, failure to signal and making an improper turn at an intersection, police said.

March 23: William Shaw, 43, of the 2600 block of Luther Street, Chicago, was arrested at 2:08 a.m. at Boughton Road and Falconridge Way and charged with DUI, police said.

March 22: Michael Battaglia, 25, of the 200 block of Yellow Pin Drive, was arrested at 2:25 a.m. at Boughton Road and Whitewater Drive and charged with DUI, police said.
