Traffic remains backed up near Romeoville after a semi-tractor caught fire earlier this morning on southbound I-55 near Weber Road.
Firefighters were able to put out the fire, which full engulfed the truck, by 7:30 a.m., according to CBS Chicago, and all lanes were reopened by 8 a.m.
Traffic delays continue in both directions near the scene of the truck fire.
