Sheriff's Office Throws the Book at DUI Suspect: 17 Charges Filed

According to Will County jail records, Linzey L. Liddell, 33, of 345 Aster Court, Romeoville, was arrested by the Will County Sheriff's Office and booked into the Will County jail on Dec. 4 on the following charges:

  • Aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol;
  • Improper traffic lane usage;
  • Disobeying a traffic control device or officer;
  • Transporting/carrying alcoholic liquor/driver;
  • Failure to reduce speed;
  • Improper traffic lane usage -- three counts;
  • Operating an uninsured motor vehicle -- two counts;
  • Driving on a revoked/suspended license -- three counts;
  • Depositing material on a highway;
  • Failure to notify owner of unattended car of damage;
  • Leaving the scene of an accident;
  • Failure to signal.

Jail records also indicate Liddell has been arrested on DUI charges twice previously in the last year. Once in March, when he was also charged with driving on a revoked/suspended license and operating an uninsured motor vehcle, and again in May, when he was also charged with transporting/carrying alcoholic liquor/driver, disobeying a traffic control device and improper traffic lane usage.

Joseph A. Martinez, 27, 402 Nicholson, Joliet, arrested by the Romeoville Police Department and booked into the Will County jail on Dec. 4 on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Robert G. Carter, 26, 2808 Amanda, Joliet, arrested by the Romeoville Police Department and booked into the Will County jail on Dec. 4 on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and transporting/carrying alcoholic liquor/driver.

Jose A. Reyes-Romo, 29, 538 N. Frieh, Romeoville, arrested by the Romeoville Police Department and booked into the Will County jail on charges of burglary and obstructing/resisting a peace officer and on six warrants for failure to appear.

Daniel Munoz, 18, 104 Jefferson St., Joliet, arrested by the Romeoville Police Department at about 12:35 a.m. Nov. 23 in the 400 block of Weber Road and charged with retail theft.

Robin Hubbard, 30, 363 Broadway, Joliet, arrested by the Romeoville Police Department at about 3:30 p.m. Nov. 24 at Route 53 and Arlington Drive and charged with no driver's license and speeding.

Kiara Phillips, 18, 550 Rebecca Lane, Romeoville, arrested by the Romeoville Police Department at about 8:25 p.m. Nov. 24 at Remington Boulevard and Lakeview Drive and charged with driving while license suspended, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and speeding.

Julian Rosario, 22, 202 Fremont, Romeoville, arrested by the Romeoville Police Department at about 4:20 p.m. Nov. 25 in the 400 block of Weber Road and charged with burglary.

Dawan Evans, 28, 537 Holloway, Romeoville, arrested by the Romeoville Police Department at about 1 p.m. Nov. 26 on Aster Drive, north of Zinnia, and charged with driving while license suspended, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and speeding.

Maribel Soto, 31, 337 3rd St., Joliet, arrested by the Romeoville Police Department at about 5:30 p.m. Nov. 26 at Normantown Road and Essex Avenue and charged with no driver's license, failure to reduce speed and no brakes.

Mary Bartusiak, 43, 16446 Edgewood Drive, Plainfield, arrested by the Romeoville Police Department at about 8:10 p.m. Nov. 27 in the 200 block of Weber Road and charged with retail theft.
