Romeoville Police Blotter: Theft of Services, DUI, Property Damage

Arrests reported by Romeoville police, June 14-23.

June 14


James Watson, 20, of the 14000 block of Hanford Court, Plainfield, was arrested at 8:46 a.m. in the 2000 block of Kentland Drive on an in-state warrant, Romeoville police said.

Malikha Mills, 18, of the 3200 block of South Prairie, Chicago, was arrested at 11:30 a.m. in the 400 block of South Weber Road and charged with retail theft, police said.

June 19


Llimi Cruz, 43, of the 400 block of Dalhart Avenue, Romeoville, was arrested by Romeoville police at 2:27 a.m. at Joliet and Sherman roads and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and improper lane use, according to police.

June 20


Verdis Smith Jr., 50, of the 200 block of Charlotte Avenue, Bolingbrook, was arrested at 8:26 p.m. in the 600 block of North Independence Boulevard and charged with theft of services, Romeoville police said.

June 22


Rene Rivera, 18, of the 1600 block of Richfield Trail, Romeoville, was arrested at 11:50 a.m. in the 200 block of East Savannah Drive and charged with criminal damage to property, according to police.

Michael Dina, 54, of the 4200 block of Saratoga Avenue in Downers Grove was arrested by Romeoville police at 11:37 p.m. in the 400 block of South Weber Road and charged with retail theft, police said.

June 23


Patricia Held, 68, of the 1800 block of Grassy Knoll Court, Romeoville, was arrested at 2:52 p.m. in the 300 block of South Weber Road and charged with retail theft, police said.
