Brandy N. Layne, 22, 203 Montrose Dr., Romeoville, was booked by Will County Sheriff's police on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance on Sept. 7, 2013. She was transported to the Will County Adult Detention Facility.

Tyran B. Richardson, 20, 1779 Fieldstone, Romeoville, was arrested by Romeoville police on a fugitive warrant on Sept. 9, 2013. He was transported to the Will County Adult Dention Facility.

Eva Santana, 28, 706 Parkview Lane, Lockport, was arrested by Romeoville police on a retail theft charge in the 200 block of S. Weber Road on Aug. 10, 2013.

Angela Tsigolis, 57, 1771 William Drive, Romeoville, was arrested by Romeoville police on a charge of retail theft in the 200 block of S. Weber Road on Aug. 24, 2013.
