Romeoville Police Blotter: Man Charged with Drunken, Drugged Driving and Failure to Secure Children

June 25


Vincent Veals, 27, of the 700 block of Campbell, Joliet, was arrested by Romeoville police at 1:10 a.m. at Route 53 and Enterprise Drive and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, police said.

Alex Roberts, 24, of the 100 block of Southeast Circle, Joliet, was arrested at 3:16 p.m. in the 400 block of South Weber Road on an out-of-state warrant, according to Romeoville police.

Tamara Mutz, 24, of the 300 block of Marble Street, Joliet, was arrested at 3:16 p.m. at a business in the 400 block of south Weber Road and charged with retail theft, police said. 

Alyssa Kurecki, 18, of the 1600 block of Sandy Drive, Joliet, was also arrested at 3:16 p.m. at a business in the 400 block of south Weber Road and charged with retail theft, police said. 

June 26


A 15-year-old juvenile was arrested at 8:34 p.m. in the 300 block of Tallman and charged with battery, according to police.

Melinda Manson, 22, of the 1400 block of Pioneer in Crest Hill, was arrested at 10:59 p.m. at a business in the 400 block of south Weber Road and charged with retail theft.

Fernando Grady, 24, also of the 1400 block of Pioneer in Crest Hill, was arrested at 10:59 p.m. at a business in the 400 block of south Weber Road and charged with retail theft.

Emmanuel Davis, 22, of the 23000 block of Western Avenue in Park Forest was arrested at 11:09 p.m. in the 200 block of south Weber Road on an in-state warrant, according to police.

June 28


Lonnie Jones, 35, of the 1300 block of Circle Avenue, Forest Park, was arrested at 5:48 p.m. in the 100 block of Southcreek Parkway and charged with theft under $500, police said.

Jennifer Audia, 38, of the 6700 block of Vail Drive in Westmont was arrested at 2:15 p.m. in the 400 block of south Weber Road and charged with retail theft, burglary and criminal trespassing to property, police said.

A 14-year-old juvenile was arrested at 7:51 p.m. in the area of Murphy Drive and Troxel Avenue and charged with battery, according to police.

Glenn Kwak, 53, of the 4700 block of Lamon in Chicago was arrested at 11:57 p.m. on Roof Avenue east of Poplar and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and illegal parking on a road, according to Romeoville police.

June 29


Christopher Branch, 19, of the 1900 branch of Barrington Avenue in Bolingbrook was arrested at 6:56 p.m. in the 400 block of south Weber Road and charged with retail theft and possession of cannabis, police said.

Quentin Woods, 31, of the 500 block of Emerson Drive, Bolingbrook, was arrested by Romeoville police at 10:55 p.m. at Dalhart and Arcadia and charged with driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol, driving an uninsured vehicle, failure to secure children, failure to signal and improper lane use, police said.

June 30


Breyanna Ross, 20, of the 600 block of Lakewood Farms Drive, Bolingbrook, was arrested at 11:15 p.m. in the 400 block of south Weber Road and charged with retail theft and possession of cannabis, police said.
