Romeoville Police Blotter: Drug Possession, Retail Theft

Arrests reported by Romeoville police, April 26 to May 13.

April 26

Todd Bisceglia, 52, of the 7800 block of Huntington Circle in Hanover Park was arrested by Romeoville police at 8:37 p.m. at Route 53 and Joliet Road and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, making an improper turn, illegal transportation of alcohol and disobeying a traffic-control device, police said.

Cory Gould, 18, of the 12000 block of Blue Iris Lane, Plainfield; and Polo Morales, 18, of the 1900 block of Crestview Drive in Plainfield were arrested by Romeoville police at 837 a.m. in the 500 block of Wilco Boulevard and charged with possession of cannabis.

Dorie Merino, 28, of the 1300 block of Prairie Avenue, Joliet, was arrested by Roemoville police at 7:58 p.m. at a business in the 400 block of South Weber Road and charged with retail theft, police said.

May 11

A 17-year-old juvenile was arrested at 7:50 p.m. in the 200 block of Gladiolus and charged with possession of drug equipment, according to police.

May 12

Ashley Weatherspoon, 23, of the 800 block of Broadway, Joliet, was arrested at 12:11 p.m. in the 300 block of South Weber Road on an in-state warrant and a charge of retail theft, Romeoville police said.

Alex Harris, 28, of the 300 block of Hickory, Joliet was arrested by Romeoville police at 11:10 p.m. in the 300 block of North Independence Boulevard on an in-state warrant, police said.

May 13

Richard Seidel, 20, of the 13000 block of King Road in Homer Glen was arrested by Romeoville police at 12:40 a.m. at Taylor and Weber roads and charged with possession of cannabis, possesion of drug equipment, and driving with an obstructed windshield and no rear registration light, police said.
