Romeoville Blotter: Arrests for DUI, Cannabis, Retail Theft

Arrests reported by Romeoville police.


July 23


Anthony McDonald, 41, of the 500 block of Fourth Avenue, Joliet, was arrested at 11:10 p.m. at Route 53 and Montrose Drive and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding, improper lane use and not having his license on his person, police said.

Aug. 3


Kevin Johnston, 35, of the 400 block of Laurel Avenue, Romeoville, was arrested at 11:02 p.m. at Sunset Pointe and Romeo Road and charged with possession of drug equipment and possession of cannabis, police said.

Aug. 4


Joel Miramontes, 22, of the 1100 block of Schriber Avenue, Joliet, was arrested at 4:35 p.m. at Weber and Taylor roads and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lane use, failure to signal and failure to notify secretary of state of an address change, police said.

Aug. 5


Amy Starzyk, 39, of the 14000 block of Manistee Court in Plainfield was arrested at 9:28 p.m. at Route 53 and Aiport Road and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding, improper lane use and failure to signal, police said.

Aug. 8 Mandisa Leaks, 34, of the 23000 block of Odessa Court, Plainfield, was arrested at 7:11 p.m. in the 400 block of Weber Road and charged with retail theft, police said.

Aug. 10 


Caren Radovandovic, 30, of the 1900 block of Somerset Court, Romeoville, was arrested at 5:53 p.m. in the 200 block of South Weber Road and charged with retail theft, according to police.

Aug. 13


Brand Debuono, 18, of the 16000 block of Ottawa Drive, Lockport, was arrested at 8:24 p.m. in the 1000 block of Romeo Road on an in-state warrant, police said.
