Police Blotter: Retail Theft, No License Arrests

Arrests reported by Romeoville Police, Nov. 21-Nov. 26.

Nov. 21

1. Speeding, no license

Ricardo Reyes, 23, of the 2700 block of Newland, Chicago, was arrested at 5:32 a.m. at Dalhart and Corona and charged with driving without a valid license, speeding and driving an uninsured vehicle, police said.

2. Woman charged with theft

Kristyn Winke, 31, of the 21000 block of Higley Lane, Frankfort, was arrested at 4:08 p.m. in the 200 block of Weber Road and charged with retail theft, according to police reports.

3. No license

Marcus Gomez, 19, of the 700 block of Roof Avenue, Romeoville, was arrested at 2:28 p.m. at Montrose and Nelson and charged with driving without a license and disobeying a traffic-control device, according to police.

Nov. 22

Teen charged with theft

4. A 15-year-old juvenile was arrested at 4:44 p.m. in the 400 block of Weber Road and charged with retail theft, police said.

5. No license, unsafe equipment

Teresa Lopez, 26, of the 3000 block of Laramie Avenue, Chicago, was arrested at 3:25 p.m. at Crossroads Parkway and the frontage road and charged with driving without a license, improper lane use and unsafe equipment, police said.

Nov. 26

6. Suspended license

Jazmin Williams, 21, of the 300 block of East Washington, Joliet, was arrested at 9:02 a.m. at Route 53 and Belmont and charged with driving on a suspended license, no insurance and no front registration, police said.
