Police Blotter: Theft of Merchandise & DUI Arrests

Also, police report two charged in connection with retail theft in the 400 block of South Weber Road.

The following incidents were reported by the Romeoville Police Department and the Will County Sheriff’s Office:

Dec. 28: Johnnie M. Roy, 58, 154 S. Highpoint, Romeoville, was charged with theft/disp merch. She was transported to the Will County Adult Detention Facility.

Dec. 1: Allison Pirkins, 26, 105 Walnut Drive, Shorewood, was charged with DUI and no registration light at Route 53 at Normantown.

Dec. 5: Jonathan Guillote, 38, 6462 Hwy. 451, Moreauville, La., was charged with DUI, fail to reduce speed at 135th Street at Weber Road.

Dec. 12: Carmen Benavides, 47, 418 White St., Joliet, was charged with retail theft in the 400 block of South Weber Road.

Dec. 12: Hyang In, 47, 1723 Hosmer Lane, Crest Hill, was charged with retail theft in the 400 block of South Weber Road.
