Jonathan Baldwin, 29, 146 Ambassador, Romeoville, arrested by the Romeoville Police Department at about 6:35 p.m. Jan. 25 at the Interstate 55 ramp and Route 53 and charged with fleeing/attempting to elude police, improper lane usage, driving 80 mph in a 55-mph zone and disobeying a red light.
