Monday, June 20

Traffic violations

  • Oscar Aceves-Aguayo, 26, 448 Iowa Ave., was arrested at Lakeview Drive and Weber Road and charged with a traffic sign violation and driving without a license, police said.
  • Dijonia McGaughy, 31, 2116 Fairview, Lockport, was arrested at Dalhart and Corona and charged with speeding and driving on a suspended license, police said.

Armando Cuellar, 40, 204 Ashbury, Bolingbrook, was arrested at Route 53 and Honeytree Drive and charged with speeding and driving without a license, according to police records.

Valerie Perez, 19, 24220 Mill Creek Lane, Plainfield, was arrested in the 1600 block of Arborwood Circle and charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and obstruction of justice, police said.

Traffic charges

Michael DeLeon, 33, 310 Hemlock, Romeoville, was arrested at Murphy Drive and Hemlock and charged with failure to wear a seat belt and driving without a license, according to a police report.

June 16

Driving without a license

  • Jesus Fuentes-Zeferino, 25, 519-1/2 Briggs St., Joliet, was arrested at Weber Road and Grandhaven and charged with driving without a license and violating a traffic signal, police said.
  • Brandon Ward, 19, 1827 Aspen Lane, Joliet, was arrested at Route 53 and Honeytree and charged with driving without a valid license, no insurance and speeding, according to a police report.

Battery charge

Jonathan Coffelt, 18, 2050 Wheatfield, Romeoville, was arrested in the 2000 block of Wheatfield and charged with aggravated battery, according to police.

June 15

Invalid license charge

Scott Freitag, 51, 1810 Arbor Lane, Crest Hill, was arrested at Weber Road and Windham Parkway and charged with driving without a valid license and without insurance, police said.

June 14

Marijuana, alcohol charges

  • A 17-year-old juvenile was arrested in the 0-100 block of Highpoint Drive and charged with possession of marijuana and possession of alcohol by a minor, according to police.
  • Julius Davis, 18, 332 Kirkwood Circle, Bolingbrook, was also arrested in the 0-100 block of Highpoint and charged with possession of marijuana and possession of alcohol by a minor, according to a police report.
  • Jeffery Thompson, 26, 104 Highpoint, Romeoville, was arrested in the 0-100 block of Highpoint Drive and charged with illegal transportation of alcohol and possession of cannabis, police said.
June 13

Noise violation arrest

Jorge Esparza, 22, 15836 Collins Drive, Plainfield, was arrested at Budler Road and Weslake Parkway and charged with driving on a suspended license and illegal operation of sound, police said.
