Joshua Vicks, 17, 3037 Kentshire Circle, Naperville, was arrested by Romeoville Police and charged with burglary and domestic battery, according to county booking records.

Failure to appear

  • Sherry A. Miller, 33, 203 Hemlock, Romeoville, was arrested by Romeoville Police on a Will County warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge, police said.
  • Robert Richard Owcarz, 37, 714 Roof Ave., Romeoville, was arrested by Will County Sheriff’s Police on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor, according to county records.
