Police Blotter: Romeoville Teen Charged with Assault, Resisting an Officer

Branden Ghezzi, 25, of the 1700 block of Chaucer in Romeoville was arrested by Will County Sheriff's police on an out-of-state warrant from Michigan and booked into the Will County jail, police said.

June 20


Matthew Ruiz, 17, of the 400 block of Maggie Lane, Romeoville, was arrested by Romeoville police and charged with domestic battery, aggravated assault, knowingly damaging property and resisting a peace officer, according to Will County jail records.
