Ronica L. Blackwell, 38, 225 Nippert, Romeoville, was arrested by Will County Sheriff’s Police on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a felony charge. Blackwell’s bail was set at $5,000, according to county booking reports.

Traffic charges
Malcolm K. Wheeler, 18, 13961 Edgewater Court, Romeoville, was arrested by Will County Sheriff’s Police and charged with driving on a revoked or suspended license and operating a vehicle with expired registration, according to reports.

Eugene Lamar Shelby, 36, 172 Sedgewicke, Romeoville, was arrested by Bolingbrook Police and charged with domestic battery, according to county records.
