Police Blotter: Men Arrested After Bar Fight

Feb. 13

Drunk in the roadway

Richard Conley, 23, of the 200 block of Pell, Romeoville, was arrested by at 2:25 a.m. in the 200 block of Gordon and charged with being an intoxicated pedestrian in a roadway, police said.

Four Romeoville men were arrested after a fight allegedly broke out at , 1100 Independence Blvd., around 1:34 a.m. Assistant Chief Steve Lucchesi said police responded to a report of numerous people fighting after an argument between two men escalated. "It appeared to start out as an argument between two guys that culminated in a fistfight between the two," he said. Soon, two more individuals entered the fight, with other bar patrons attempting to break up the brawl, police said. Jacob Range, 25; Joseph Ciccarelli, 23; and Robert Ciccarelli, 24, all of the 0-100 block of Beacon, and Steven Zeffield, 36, of the 0-100 block of Montrose, were arrested and charged with public fighting, according to police. All four were offered medical treatment but refused, police said.

DUI, drugs

Dennis Wail, 28, of the 19000 block of John Kirkham in Lockport, was arrested at 10:27 p.m. at Route 53 and Juliet Drive and charged with driving under the influence of drugs, possession of drug equipment and improper lane use, police said.

Assault and battery

Scott Lange, 39, of the 19000 block of Janet Avenue, Lockport, was arrested at 5:31 p.m. in the 300 block of Independence Boulevard and charged with battery and assault, police said.

Feb. 27

Woman accused of retail theft

Brittany Borzym, 24, of the 2100 block of Ardaugh Avenue, Crest Hill, was arrested in the 200 block of Weber Road and charged with retail theft, according to police.

Feb. 28

Underage drinking, hit and run

Sadie O'Laughlin, 20, of the 700 block of Searls Road, Amboy, Illinois, was arrested at 3:02 a.m. in the 0-100 block of University Drive and charged with illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor, hit and run and driving an uninsured vehicle, police said.

Theft charge

Valerie Wojetecki, 25, of the 600 block of Lynn, Romeoville, was arrested at 2:53 p.m. in the 200 block of Independence and charged with retail theft, police said.

March 1

Pot possession

William Dragonetti, 24, of the 6800 block of Forest Preserve Drive, Harwood Heights, was arrested at 8:34 p.m. at Route 53 and Chambers Drive and charged with possession of cannabis, speeding, driving with no license and driving an uninsured car, according to police.

Feb. 2

Woman charged with DUI

Kara Querio, 20, of the 2300 block of Essex Drive, Channahon, was arrested at 2:46 a.m. in the 700 block of Yates and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and disobeying a traffic device, police said.

Feb. 3

Retail theft

Doris Ashley, 21, of the 100 block of Oak Lane, Glenwood, was arrested at 3:09 p.m. in the 200 block of Weber Road and charged with retail theft, according to police.
