Manufacture, delivery of heroin

Tanya Tondreau, 38, of the 400 block of Arnold Avenue, Romeoville, was arrested by Romeoville police and charged with two counts of manufacture/delivery of 15 or more grams of heroin and driving on a revoked or suspended license.
