Police Blotter: Man Charged with Fleeing, Resisting Arrest

Warrant arrests

Henry A. Ortiz, 51, of the 700 block of Murphy Drive, Romeoville, was arrested by on a warrant for failure to appear in court, according to Will County booking records. Bail was set at $4,000.

Jeremy Ryan Emory, 24, of the 1800 block of Pebblestone, Romeoville, was arrested by Romeoville police on a warrant for failure to appear in court. Bail was set at $2,500, according to Will County records.

Woman charged with drug possession

Kristin D. Duff, 28, of the 400 block of Honeytree, Romeoville, was arrested by Romeoville police and charged with possesion of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, according to police. She was taken to the Will County jail and bail was set at $500.

Fleeing, resisting arrest

Steven J. Knoth, 31, of the 700 block of Honeytree, Romeoville, was arrested by Romeoville police and charged with aggravated fleeing, criminal damage to property, resisting/obstructing arrest, driving on a revoked or suspended license and operating an uninsured vehicle, police said. He was taken to the Will County jail. Bail was set at $2,750.
