Mario Mora, 23, 126 Twin Oaks West, Joliet, was arrested by Romeoville Police and charged with driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol, and possession of a controlled substance, according to Will County records.

Woman faces domestic battery charge

Regina M. Winkelmann, 41, 195 Cherrywood, Romeoville, was arrested by Bolingbrook Police and charged with domestic battery and interfering with the reporting of domestic violence.

Residents booked on warrants

Nicole C. Rich, 19, 958 Ontario, Romeoville, was arrested by Bolingbrook Police on a warrant for failure to appear in court, county records said.

Richard M. Rhoden, 42, 21526 Eich Drive, Crest Hill, was arrested by Romeoville Police on several in-state warrants, according to county booking records.
