Police Blotter: Man Accused of Possessing Stolen Vehicle

Wednesday
Warrant arrests
Malcolm K. Wheeler, 19, of the 13000 block of Edgewater, Romeoville, was arrested by Will County Sheriff's Police on in-state warrants and taken to the Will County jail, police said. Bail was set at $550.

Michael Patrick Shanna, 39, of the 300 block of Homer, Romeoville, was arrested by Romeoville police on an in-state warrant and taken to the Will County jail, according to booking records. Bail was set at $250.
Revoked license

William E. Mietkiewicz, 38, of the 300 block of Kent, Romeoville, was arrested by Will County Sheriff's police on a charge of driving on a revoked/suspended license and taken to the Will County jail, police said. Bail was set at $500.
Domestic battery charge
Steven J. Molinari, 36, of the 100 block of Key Largo, Romeoville, was arrested by Romeoville police and charged with domestic battery. He was transported to the Will County jail and bail was set at $500, according to Will County records.

Pot dealing charge
Aaron Delatorre, 23, of the 0-100 block of Beacon, Romeoville, was arrested by sheriff's police on a charge of manufacture/delivery of cannabis and taken to the Will County jail, according to the sheriff's department. Bail was set at $500.
Traffic charges
Jonathan Vasquez, 20, of the 400 block of Tallman, Romeoville, was arrested by Will County Sheriff's police and charged with driving on a revoked or suspended license, driver/passenger safety belt violation and driving an uninsured car, according to county records. He was transported to the Will County jail, and bail was set at $100.
Stolen vehicle
Andrew G. Simmons, 26, of the 400 block of Berkshire, Romeoville, was arrested by Will County Sheriff's police and charged with possession/sale of a stolen vehicle, according to the sheriff's department. He was taken to the Will County jail, and bail is set at $7,500.

Failure to appear
John David Vidito, 28, of the 22000 block of Old Renwick Road, Romeoville, was arrested by Romeoville police on a warrant for failure to appear in court and taken to the Will County jail, according to police.
