Sunday Man charged with DUI, battery Phillip A. Radziwon, 27, of the 1200 block of St. Charles Drive, Lockport, was arrested by Romeoville Police and charged with aggravated driving under the influence, aggravated battery, driving on an expired license and driving an uninsured vehicle, according to Will County booking records. Battery arrest Jonathan H. Sherburne, 34, of the 1-100 block of Concord, Romeoville, was arrested by Romeoville Police and charged with domestic battery, according to arrest records.
