Dec. 4
Man charged with DUI
Carlos Aguirre, 47, of the 1900 block of Trafalgar, Romeoville, was arrested at 3:01 a.m. at Weber Road and Grand Boulevard and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and improper lane use, police said.

DUI, underage drinking arrest

Antonio Sanchez, 19, of the 200 block of Linden, Romeoville, was arrested at 3:42 a.m., was arrested in the 400 block of Healy and charged with DUI, illegal consumption/possession of alcohol and driving an uninsured vehicle, police said. Jeremy Durr, 19, of the 300 block of Hickory, was also charged with illegal consumption and possession of alcohol, police said.

Woman accused of hit and run
Constance Serpico, 50, of the 1200 block of Kimber Circle, Barrington, was arrested at 6:45 p.m. in the 1300 block of Normantown and charged with hit and run, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, failure to yield and driving an uninsured vehicle, police said.
Dec. 9
Man charged with running red light, driving with no license
Martin Aguilera, 51, of the 800 block of Hague Street, Joliet, was arrested at 6:06 p.m. at Dalhart and Normantown and charged with driving without a license, disobeying a stop sign and driving a vehicle with no insurance and expired registration, according to a police report.
Man accused of marijuana possession
Steven Easter, 247, of the 200 block of Montrose, Romeoville, was arrested at 2:05 a.m. at Weber and Taylor roads and charged with speeding and possession of cannabis, according to police.
Dec. 10
No license
Ramon Flores, 40, of the 200 block of Charleston, was arrested at 2:11 p.m. at Taylor Road and Route 53 and charged with making an improper turn and driving without a license, police said.
DUI arrest
William O’Connor, 46, of the 1800 block of Brookstone, Romeoville, was arrested at 12:46 a.m. at Taylor Road and Harmony and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, and driving a car with no insurance and unsafe tires, police said.
Dec. 11
Woman charged with theft, trespassing
Jasmine Henderson, 20, of the 300 block of Bluff Street, Joliet, was arrested at 6:50 p.m. in the 400 block of Weber Road and charged with retail theft, criminal damage to property and criminal trespass to property, police said.
Dec. 14
No license, loud muffler
Carolyn Mikan, 55, of the 19000 block of Airport Road, Romeoville, was arrested at 9:03 p.m. at Belmont and Taylor and charged with driving without a valid license and having a loud muffler, police said.
