Police Blotter: Drug, Burglary, Theft Charges

Arrests made by the Romeoville Police Department.

Beata A. Szwab, 22, 287 Georgetown, Romeoville, arrested by the Romeoville Police Department and booked into the Will County jail on Oct. 29 on felony charges of retail theft and possession of a controlled substance.

Cornelius L. Thomas, 17, 509 Everette, Romeoville, arrested by the Romeoville Police Department and booked into the Will County jail on Oct. 29 on a charge of residential burglary.

Devin Samuels, 20, 216 Bedford Road, Bolingbrook, arrested by the Romeoville Police Department at about 5:10 p.m. Oct. 16 in the 200 block of Healy Avenue and charged with disorderly conduct.

Corey Turner, 18, 218 Healy Avenue, Romeoville, arrested by the Romeoville Police Department at about 5:10 p.m. Oct. 16 in the 200 block of Healy Avenue and charged with disorderly conduct.

Three 15-year-olds and one 16-year-old were arrested by the Romeoville Police Department Oct. 16 for damaging property in the Westpark subdivision.

Jonathan Coffelt, 19, 2050 Wheatfield Drive, Romeoville, arrested by the Romeoville Police Department at about 11:30 p.m. Oct. 17 in the 2000 block of Wheatfield Drive on an in-state warrant.

Edel Luna, 30, 7310 Eres Ave., Hanover Park, arrested by the Romeoville Police Department at about 7:15 a.m. Oct. 18 at Weber and Romeo roads and charged with no valid driver's license and no insurance.

Jason Jefferies, 20, 1850 Lake Shore Drive, Romeoville, arrested by the Romeoville Police Department at about 12:10 a.m. Oct. 19 in the 1800 block of Lake Shore Drive and charged with possession of cannabis and possession of drug equipment.

Isaiah Walker, 22, 290 Columbine Lane, Romeoville, arrested by the Romeoville Police Department at about 12:10 a.m. Oct. 19 in the 1800 block of Lake Shore Drive and charged with possession of drug equipment.
