Police Blotter: Drug Arrests, Retail Theft

Thursday

Drug charges

Maurice Lenell Neely, 30, of the 100 block of Wedgeport Circle in Romeoville, was arrested by Naperville police at 1:12 a.m. at South Route 59 and 111th Street, police said. He was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of drugs, possession of cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia and improper lane use. His bail was $3,000.

Joseph Capizzano, 50, of the 100 block of Ambassador, Romeoville, was arrested by the Whiteside County Sheriff's Department and charged with possession of a controlled substance, driving on a revoked/suspended license, driving under the influence of alcohol and improper headlights or taillights, according to police. Bail was set at $2,500. 

Burglary arrest

Eric R. Reitz, 19, of the 700 block of Hudson, Romeoville, was arrested by and charged with burglary. He was transported to the Will County jail, according to booking records.

Feb. 13

Retail theft

Julianna Moore, 40, 2059 Kentland Drive, Romeoville, was arrested by the Plainfield Police Department at about 5:10 p.m. at 11860 S. Route 59 on a charge of retail theft.
